    COMMENTS/FURTHER INFORMATION

Gina Bedford reported to the Project:

Here are a few observations that I heard bruce make at this concert. He sang Let the bad Air Out. When he had finished the song he said.: "That's the kind of song you write when you grow up in Ottawa." He kpt on ignoring peoples requests to let us dance during the concert. Someone finally yelled out "Can we dance?" to which he replied"I don't know, can you dance...I've never actually seen you dance.." This drew a great guffaw throughout the crowd. We waited at his bus after the concert to get his autograph and he was very gracious and even signed a greasy ball that someone gave him to. I who was standing there buzzing with excitement and I asked him if he was the person who sings the theme song for the kid's tv. show "Franklin the Turtle" and he sheepishly smiled and said "'m afraid so."
