A good (but
much too short) performance. Not more than 300 people there, and some
had obviously never heard of Bruce. Ron Sexsmith was applauding
enthusiastically to Bruce's set (and so did I). Wait
No More was announced
as "a sort of Kurdish rockabilly number,"
and a very moving Celestial Horses was much better than the studio version.
I liked Julie Wolf's piano and accordion playing, but
not her electronics.
