    COMMENTS/FURTHER INFORMATION

    Submitted by Ben Kemp.

During the show Bruce made some negative comments about the presidential election. He then paraphrased Nostradamus saying "on the eve of the millennium, a village idiot will rise to rule the greatest nation of the world" and then went into the song All Our Dark Tomorrows. Promptly after the song, an audience member yelled out, "Cockburn For President!" to which Cockburn replied, "I don't think I'm that good at lying."

Also, before playing the song Burn, Bruce said he was inspired to play the song by a bright young 12-year-old boy he knew in Vancouver who told him the song was very fitting. Bruce also had a great guitar solo during To Raise The Morning Star.
