SETLIST

COMMENTS/FURTHER INFORMATION

Submitted by
Martin Hayton (with additions from Gavin's Woodpile): The City Varieties in Leeds is a very old small (Victorian) theatre with little side boxes (like the ones on the Muppet Show, as someone remarked!) and it suited the intimate nature of the acoustic show perfectly.

Bruce was on good form (is he ever otherwise?) and did some of the best known songs interspersed with songs from You've Never Seen Everything and a few others.

He did 2 encores, during which he said, "I'm going to do a song that noone has requested, that's perhaps because noone knows it exists yet." He followed that with a quip about not even he being sure whether it existed! It was called Mystery, and starts with "Don't tell me there ain't no mystery..."
